The Steps

1) Complete this interest form.

2) Pass a Background Check (available here). [Note: Background checks cost $11 - you can pay online at this link or request a waiver of the fee at sosforlifeusc@gmail.com].

3) Do you adhere to Columbia Evangelical's Statement of Faith*

​

4) Let us know your availability at this form. (Note, you do have to create a login on this website for this step, you can do so through google or facebook when you click the login button at the top of this webpage).

5) Submit a profile at this page

​

*You do not need to adhere to the statement of faith to participate as a babysitter, however, you will not be able to participate in the element of the program held within the church

After the Application

1) All students must receive a short training and program overview before participating (this is available 30 minutes prior to each program night)

​

2) All students must sign this waiver.

 

3) All students must affirm this statement:

"I believe in protecting and serving the vulnerable and disadvantaged. I affirm that life has value and dignity from its earliest beginning in the womb. In participating in this program, I serve as an encouragement to pregnant and parenting students that there is support for them on campus."
